I do think you could practice with more pose variety and facial expressions, especially when it comes to men. Whenever you draw, they have the same, basic expression and are limited to a standing pose -- aside from Nathan, but that was only for his app.
Try to go outside the box next time you draw a guy. I'm sure it will be worth it, too.
